eezyRank, operated by Prishy8 LLC ("we", "us"), provides website building, hosting, and search visibility tools for small businesses. This policy covers eezyrank.com, app.eezyrank.com, and the eezyRank service.
We handle data in two different ways, and your rights depend on which one applies to you.
When you deal with us directly (you visit our site, run a scan, or hold an eezyRank account), we decide how your data is used and this policy governs it.
When you visit a website we host for one of our customers, that business owns the relationship with you. We process data on their behalf: their pages, their contact form submissions, and anonymous visit counts. Their privacy policy governs your visit. Requests about your data on a customer's site should go to that business, and we help them honor those requests.
The website address you enter and, if you unlock the full report, your email address. We store your email as a business lead so we can follow up.
Your email address, your sign-in credentials, and the business information you give us during onboarding: business name, contact details, services, and content for your site.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We keep records of your plan, invoices, and payment status.
If you write to us, we keep the correspondence.
Visit counts only, using our own server. No cookies, no third-party tracking services, nothing that identifies a visitor. Individual visit records are deleted within 90 days. Contact form submissions on those sites go to the business that owns the site.
To provide and improve the service, to respond to you, to bill you, and to follow up on scan reports. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
Service providers that run our infrastructure: hosting, database, and email delivery. Stripe for payments. These providers store data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Beyond that, no one, unless the law requires it.
Account and site data stay as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for tax and accounting. Email us to request deletion at any time.
Email scott@focusdude.com to see, correct, or delete your information. If you unlocked a scan report and do not want follow-up, say so and we will stop.
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and keep tightening it.
Our service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
If our practices change, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
