These terms are an agreement between you and Prishy8 LLC ("eezyRank", "we") for use of eezyrank.com, app.eezyrank.com, and the eezyRank service.
eezyRank builds and hosts business websites and provides related tools: content generation, visit reporting, search data, and the free site scan. We may add, change, or retire features as the product evolves.
Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information, and tell us if it changes.
Paid plans bill through Stripe on the schedule shown when you subscribe. Trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends. You can cancel any time; cancellation stops future billing and does not refund the current period except where the law requires it.
The content you provide stays yours. You give us the license we need to host it, display it, back it up, and generate site content from the information you supply. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for the accuracy of what your site says about your business. Legal pages on your site (privacy policy, terms) are your responsibility as the site owner; the service requires them before a site goes live, and we can provide a starter you approve.
No illegal content, no malware, no infringing material, no spam operations, no scanning websites you do not own or lack permission to analyze, and nothing that harms the service or other customers. We can suspend or remove content or accounts that break this section.
Scan results are automated estimates, provided as is, and are not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, or outcomes.
Visit counts and search data we show you are measurements, not promises. Numbers from different tools measure differently and will not always match.
The eezyRank software, design, and brand are ours. These terms do not transfer any of it to you.
We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, and third-party failures happen. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. We can suspend or end accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service, with notice where practical. On termination we make your exportable content available for a reasonable period, then delete it per the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data beyond our backup obligations. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify account holders by email or in the app before they take effect.
